Founded in 2019, Constellation Capital Group (“CCG”) is a financial services and private investment firm with partners in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Miami. CCG’s founders first met as MBA classmates at USC’s Marshall School of Business. The firm represents the group’s collective passions and professional pursuits intersecting corporate finance, business development, operations, and strategy.

We leverage our complimentary backgrounds and keen understanding of the financial markets to provide experience-driven insight into every engagement. In doing so, CCG is uniquely positioned to participate in and oversee mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), capital formation, strategic advisory, and direct investment across the lower middle market.

Through our private opportunistic investment arm, we can deploy the firm's capital alongside that of a select set of leading institutional and private investors to invest in and acquire strategic targets. Our investment team manages a focused strategy dedicated to exceptional returns for CCG and its buy-side partners.
